How can I add my organization’s branding to my publications?

Adding your organization’s branding is simple. Navigate to the "Brand Kit" tab in your dashboard, and upload your logo, select your brand fonts, and brand colors. Within a Brand Kit, you can even create easy-to-implement themes using all of your brand ingredients.

Can I schedule my publications to go live at a specific time?

For the moment, you can’t, but we have put it on our desired features list.

Is there a way to preview my publications before publishing?

Yes, Greenzeen provides a preview feature allowing you to review your publications and ensure they are perfect before publishing. We try to make the preview a close representation of the live version, so be aware that pages that are marked as ‘unpublished’ might not show up in your preview.

Can I create custom templates for my publications?

This is in the works; we are currently working on an easy-to-use templating system.

How do I manage user permissions within my Greenzeen account?

At the moment, we don't distinguish between different roles and access levels amongst your team members. However, it is only the person with admin-rights that can add and remove other team members.

Is it possible to have different themes for different publications?

Absolutely! Each publication can have its own unique Brand Kit or theme to cater to the content and audience it is designed for.

Can I set up custom domains for my publications?

Because these are still estimates we want to be on the safe side, so we currently overcompensate by planting one tree for each publication that goes live.
